我们常常表现出矛盾的自己--一边微妙地掩饰着负面消极的情绪，因为这是应该被消除的，是终将会过去的；一边在感到负面和消极时自责，强行自我激励着。快乐的一个秘诀是快节奏生活，沉迷于具体事务行程。不是不能安静下来倾听心中的声音，只是太深入挖掘内心，看穿世界越多层，心就越虚空，生出“为什么要活着”的真实颓丧感，却不能表达。活在没有意义中，可能才是自我疗伤，等待情绪平复的方法。

Oftentimes， we try to cover and ignore the negative feelings which are considered to be temporary， and try hard to cheer ourselves up. One of the approaches is to live in a fast-paced life and occupy ourselves with daily routines. It is not that we cannot slow down and listen to our heart. The problem is the more we do and the more truth it reveals， the more helpless we would feel. The questioning of “why do we live” would be more pressing and despairing， but we can find no way to articulate this. Perhaps living meaninglessly is the way to heal ourselves and to stay peaceful.

编舞简介About the Choreographer

汪圆清是编舞、视觉设计师。他着力于跨领域、跨平台的融合创作，作品涉及舞蹈、戏剧、音乐、视觉等，尝试用创作本身来消解彼此的界限。他曾合作的艺术家有：加拿大多媒体艺术家娜丁·吐恩，日本舞踏家桂勘、川本裕子，韩国国宝级舞蹈家洪信子、中国舞蹈家侯莹，视觉设计师张子建，音乐家李铁桥等。汪圆清曾为北京舞蹈双周、中法文化年、中日当代舞蹈论坛进行平面设计，是蓬蒿剧场特邀设计师、德中爵士即兴音乐节联合策划人。

WANG Yuan-qing is a choreographer and visual designer. He focuses on the fusion of different art forms. His works involve dance， drama， music and visual art， trying to use the process of creating to merge many art forms into one. He has worked with Canadian multimedia artist Nadine THOUIN， Japanese butoh artists Katsura KAN and Kawamoto YUKO， Korean choreographer HONG Sin-Cha as well as Chinese choreographer HOU Ying， visual designer ZHANG Zi-jian， composer LI Tie-qiao， etc. He worked as graphic designer for the Beijing Dance Festival， the China-French Culture Year， Sino-Japanese Contemporary Dance Forum， and as associate designer of Peng Hao Theater， and as co-curator of Jazz Improvise Meeting Festival.
