赵大陆作品巡回展首站亮相深圳

由深圳何香凝美术馆主办，雅昌艺术网协办的“《象外》赵大陆作品展于2012年7月27日在深圳何香凝美术馆开幕，这是赵大陆继2011年9月在中国美术馆举办《阅读记忆》个展之后的又一次全新作品展示。何香凝美术馆馆长乐正维、澳大利亚驻广州总领事馆副领事林天睦、艺术家赵大陆在开幕式上讲话。

本次展览展出赵大陆油画作品28幅，装置和影像作品二十余件，在展览上可以看到赵大陆以多种艺术的表现方式来呈现纯正的中国传统水墨画，作品给我们带来的强大的视觉冲击及新鲜感。他严格尊崇了中国水墨画的表意内涵，而以油画绘制的作品倾底颠覆人们对中国画的先前认知；陶土烧制的装置作品看似普通的生活器皿在特殊场地传达出他所关注的人与山水、自然的关系以及同时展示的影像作品也体现出其强烈的人文意识。赵大陆不仅想在表达中国绘画意境的材料上求得突破，还在于这种行为本身所传达出的创造意识与当代意义。使用当代的艺术语言来表达发自内心的真情实感，作品将留给观者清新又亲切的体验。

赵大陆1969年赴黑龙江生产建设兵团，1982年毕业于北京电影学院美术系，1985年开始创作大量的油画作品，并多次在国内外美展上获奖。他曾旅居澳大利亚。现居住北京。在经历了伤痕时代和羁游海外的生活之后，他以平静的心态传达人与自然贴近之后的宁静致远。此次个展在何香凝美术馆的展出之后，赵大陆作品国内巡回展的下一站将是鄂尔多斯美术馆。

乐正维馆长、画家赵大陆先生，各位尊敬的嘉宾、女士们、先生们，大家下午好！

In September last year， Australian-Chinese artist， Zhao Dalu held his solo exhibition “Reading Memory”f at the National Art Museum of China， which was launched by the Australian Ambassador to China， Ms Frances Adamson.

去年9月，澳籍华裔艺术家赵大陆先生在中国美术馆成功举办了“阅读记忆”油画个展，澳大利亚驻华大使孙芳安女士为展览开幕式揭幕。

I am so glad to be here today in Shenzhen， on behalf of the Australian Consul-General - Ms Jill Collins - to support another of Mr Lu‘s exhibitions “Image Beyond Image”.

今天，受澳大利亚驻广州总领事陈紫霞女士的委托，我非常荣幸来到深圳支持赵先生的个人画展“象外”。

Since late 80s and early 90s， Mr Zhao has been an important contributor to both the Chinese and Australian Art scenes， through his oil painting exhibitions， which have been recognized by a number honours and awards.

早在80年代末90年代初，赵先生通过举办个人画展，为澳中艺术作出了重要的贡献，并获得了很多荣誉和奖项。

Mr Zhao migrated to Australia in 2001 and since then his works have been collected by many famous museums and galleries - including the National Art Museum of China - the National Portrait Gallery in Australia， Queensland Art Gallery， University of Tasmania， as well as our host today - the He Xiangning Art Museum

赵先生在2001年移民至澳大利亚，其油画作品也被许多有名的博物馆及美术馆收藏，比如中国美术馆、澳大利亚国家肖像博物馆、澳大利亚昆士兰州美术馆、以及澳大利亚塔斯马尼亚大学，当然还有今天展览的主办方何香凝美术馆。

This year， as Australia celebrates its 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations with China， our bilateral relationship is stronger than ever.

今年是澳大利亚与中国建交40周年。澳中双边关系比以往更紧密。

China is Australia’s largest trading partner， and Australia provides many of the energy and mineral commodities that help sustain China‘s growing economy.

中国已成为澳大利亚最大的贸易伙伴，澳大利亚为中国提供经济发展所需的各种能源和矿石资源。

In addition to our robust economic ties， Australia and China also share very strong cultural and people-to people links. And Australia is keen to consolidate this aspect of our relationship through cultural exchanges with China.

除了紧密的经济关系以外，澳中两国的文化联系和民间往来也非常密切，澳大利亚很希望继续拓展两国的文化交流。

Exhibitions such as “Image Beyond Image” are an excellent example for this advocacy for high level cultural exchanges. And Artists such as Mr Zhao Dalu play an important role in strengthening the people-to-people links between Australia and China.

我相信如“象外”这样的展览是加强澳中文化的一个好榜样，像赵先生这样的澳籍华裔艺术家对于加强澳中的民间联系至关重要。

I would like to extent my congratulations to the artist Mr Zhao Dalu and He Xiangning Art Museum for arranging such an excellent exhibition.

感谢赵大陆先生和何香凝美术馆筹备了如此优秀的展览，预祝本次展览完满成功！
