德米特里·維傑尼亞賓（俄羅斯），1959年出生於莫斯科。畢業於外國語學院，現任教於莫斯科文藝與新聞學院。十七歲開始寫詩，已出版詩集六部。他的作品已被譯介到英國、美國、法國和德國。他曾獲得數個獎項，其中包括2004年的皇冠獎、2010年最佳詩集獎和2011年紀念布羅茨基基金會的贊助獎。

紅菇的期望

……群蠅黑壓壓地圍著獸屍嗡嗡叫……

——波德萊爾《獸屍》

在瘙癢而酸疼的虱之烏雲中，

我挎著小筐在雲杉林裏轉悠，

全身落滿金龜子和蒼蠅，彷彿我，

偶然栽倒，在那裏自行腐爛。

翻譯是喪失之形像和標記，

是後巴比倫時代憂鬱的象徵。

而今，且讓我像一個人猿

成為波德萊爾詩歌大膽的插圖。

彷彿在近些年的迷途中，

最初似乎就是：不可拯救。

但是——哪怕苔蘚、陰影，哪怕蛞蝓

都不能拯救這朵具體的蘑菇——

蝴蝶卻從過去的生命

脫穎而出，重走林間彎曲的小路。

紅菇屬的先知以西結說道：

「我看見了肉體大面積的腐爛，

在雲杉之下真理的小樹林中烘烤……」

輕霧在沼澤上空顯露，皺起眉頭，

在草墩子裏，在越橘樹上，一朵紅菇

生長，泛紅，閃光並期盼。

The Faith of a Mushroom

A swarm of flies was rustling over the carcass like a blanket…

In the itchy whine of the insect swarms,

a small basket in hand, I wandered about the fir grove,

covered in bugs and flies, as if I,

having kicked the bucket, had decomposed.

Translation is an image and a sign of loss,

a sad symbol of the post-Babylonian era.

If only anthropomorphically, I had thus become

a vivid illustration for the poetry of Baudelaire.

As in all of the wanderings of the recent years,

it seemed at first: there is no hope.

And yet—even though neither the moss, nor the shade, nor the slugs,

could save this specific mushroom—

following the meandering forest path,

a butterfly from a past life flew by.

And thus spoke the Ezekiel of the mushrooms:

“And behold, the bones were once again covered with flesh,

warming themselves in the thicket of the truth under the fir trees…”

Over the marshes, darkness glimmered and frowned;

nestled among blueberry bushes was a blushing red

mushroom, beaming with hope.

in the woods, where leaves fall on the ground;

in the trolleybus, where, like birdlings on a branch,

are seated a cozy old man in a beret

and a little girlin an ugly coat––

a girl, who, you can be sure,

in twenty to thirty years, while remembering

this time (in retrospect, “that”),

will say to someone with a giggle: “Isn’t it hilarious? I used to

wear this awful coat––

that was it, I just kept wearing it…”

And somebody will ask: “How old were you?”

At which the woman will consider and reply: “Six.”

It’s nonsense, but there's something to it.

「香港國際詩歌之夜」是由著名詩人北島創辦的國際詩歌節。「香港國際詩歌之夜」每兩年舉辦一次，從二〇〇九年至今已邀請過近百位國際詩人來到香港及內地城市朗誦詩歌，並進行各種詩歌交流活動。目前「香港國際詩歌之夜」已成為華語地區最具影響力的國際詩歌活動。第五屆「香港國際詩歌之夜」將於2017年11月21-26日在香港舉辦，主題為「古老的敵意」，邀請超過二十位著名詩人和詞人參與，及後分組移師廣州、杭州、南京、武漢、廈門等五個中國內地城市進行分站活動。
