阿力生活在南方的一个小县城里。他是跟着黑道以收帐为生的打手，父亲是个无所事事的酗酒者。某天早晨，阿力看到在远处吵架的梁宇和晓敏。后来，阿力像往常一样来到了河边，看到了躺在河岸上的晓敏，阿力叫醒了晓敏，打开了摩托车上的音响，两人听着歌。一段时间后，两人成了恋人。日子在平静中度过，梁宇又开始用短信联系晓敏，希望两人重归于好，晓敏开始在无聊中偷偷和梁宇约会。梁宇和晓敏的关系越来越近，一天，梁宇把晓敏再一次约了出来。在树林里，梁宇催促着晓敏离开阿力，晓敏默不作声，走向丛林深处，梁宇跟着。片刻后，阿力也悄悄地跟踪而至，掏出砍刀，推翻了梁宇的摩托车，也走向了丛林深处……

A Li lives in a small town in the south. He is a gangster who lives on collecting money with the underworld thugs. His father is a good-for-nothing alcoholic. One morning， A Li sees Liang Yu and Xiaomin quarrelling in a distance. Later， A Li comes to the river as usual， sees Xiaomin who’s lying on the bank. He wakes her up， turns on the audio on the motorcycle and both of them listen to songs. Over time， the two become lovers. Days go by quietly. Liang Yu begins to text Xiaomin， hoping they could make up. Xiaomin begins to date Liang Yu out of boredom. Liang Yu and Xiaomin are getting closer. One day， Liang Yu once again asks Xiaomin out. In the woods， Liang Yu urges Xiaomin to break up with A Li. Xiaomin is silent and walking deeper into the woods. Liang Yu follows. After a while， A Li quietly track them down and takes out his machete， overturns Liang Yu’s motorcycle， and also walks into the woods…

杨恒，湖南湘西土家族人，1994年毕业于湖南广播电视大学，2001年毕业于北京电影学院摄影专业，2002年开始写剧本并拍摄独立电影。他曾拍过短片《凹凸》、《车厢》、《遗忘的瞬间》。他的长片处女作《槟榔》曾获2006年第11届韩国釜山国际电影节新浪潮大奖，《光斑》是他第二部长片。

Yang Heng is a Tujia minority of Xiangxi， Hunan. He graduated from Hunan Radio and Television University in 1994 and the Photography major of Bejing Film Academy in 2001. . He started to write screenplay and shoot independent films in 2002. His first feature film Betelnut won New Currents Award at Pusan International Film Festival in 2006.Sun Spots is his second feature film.

在一个偏远的山区，传说中有一个叫“卖儿石”的大石头。一些因家中贫困或其它原因生了孩子却想把孩子卖掉的人常聚在这块石头旁等待买家。在一个冬季，二月了还下着雪。杨四郎从外地打工回来路经“卖儿石”时捡回一个男婴，取名叫作“二冬”。杨四郎不久便离开人世，儿子由妻子杨氏抚养成人。长大的二冬生性顽劣，在母亲的娇纵之下更是难以教养。二冬开始不断地给母亲闯祸，玩猎枪、打架、骑摩托车。二冬的母亲杨氏把他送到外地的教会学校，二冬从那里逃了出来，带着一个叫杨嫦娥的女孩子私奔，二冬开始体验生活的不易。在杨嫦娥怀孕之后他不得不回到家乡完成婚事。他开始承担生活，开始寻找生活，但生活在乡镇工业经济的迅速发展中变得难以琢磨。

In a remote mountainous village in China， there is a large rock known as the Baby Selling Stone. People who have to sell their children for reasons such as poverty or others often wait by the stone for buyers. One winter when it still snows in February， Yang Silang picks up a baby boy when passing the Baby Selling Stone on his way home back from work. The baby’s named “Er Dong.” Soon afterwards Yang Silang dies； his widow raises Er Dong on her own. Er Dong is an obstinate kid and gets more and more unruly under his mother’s spoil. He becomes a big headache for her—messing about with a shotgun， getting into fights， and riding around on a motorbike. She has to send him away to a Christian missionary school. He runs away from the school and elopes with a girl named Yang Chang’e. Then Er Dong begins to experience the hardship of live. When Chang’e gets pregnant， he’s forced to return home and get married. Shouldering his responsibilities， he begins to seek out the meaning of life. Life amid the rapid development of industrialisation in the countryside is becoming more and more difficult to comprehend.

杨瑾，山西平陆人，生于1982年。2000年进入山西电影学校学习摄影，2004年进入北京师范大学艺术与传媒学院学习编导，期间拍摄一些短片。2004年他完成第一部剧情长篇《一只花奶牛》，获得第19届瑞士弗里堡电影节 “文化奖”和“唐诘可德”奖，第7届新德里亚洲电影展“亚洲电影网络促进奖”。2008年完成第二部影片《二冬》。现在是一名独立电影工作者，经营自己的工作室手工电影作坊。

Yang Jin was born in 1982 in Shanxi， China. He studied photography in Shanxi Film Academy in 2000. He later studied directing in the School of Arts and Communication of Beijing Normal University in 2004. He made a few short films during this period. In 2004 he completed his first film The Black And White Milk Cow， which won the “Ecumenical Jury Award” and “FICC Jury， Don Quijote Prize of the International Federation of Film Societies” at 19th Fribourg International Film Festival， plus “Network for the Promotion of Asian Cinema”（NETPAC） at 7th OSIAN‘s-CINEFAN in New Delhi. In 2008 he made his second film Er Dong. He is now an independent film maker and runs his studio film workshops.

上午他是广告公司的业务员，下午他道貌岸然地在地下舞厅寻找精神和肉体的双重安慰，晚上他是个彻头彻尾的酒鬼，靠在朋友那混吃混喝为生。这是四十岁的下岗工人大刚的生活。母亲因为跟不上社会的变化而成为一个精神病患者。他为了真正的爱情而离婚，但又由于生存问题而不得不残酷地结束这段感情，最终妻离子散。即使如此，他仍旧对爱情和家庭充满了渴望，一个莫名的信念支持着他，当每天早上的凉风吹醒昨夜昏沉的头脑，他似乎又意气风发，斗志昂扬。“一个人生活在沙漠就要成为骆驼，如果到了绿洲就会变成狮子，在人间就要变成一把尺子。”这段尼采的话成为大刚的生存哲学，并且他也在这样努力，但是结果却成为一个不可思议的悖论。他和他的朋友们每天都在演绎着那些百无聊赖的龌龊趣事，在老年人聚集的公园的椅子上打发时光。一无所有的他已经不再有痛苦，他只能用一种拒绝思考的方式来抗争这社会的巨大变化。不堪重负的生活有三个层面：愤怒、绝望和超脱的快乐，他属于最后者。没有辛酸的辛酸，没有明天的明天。那么索性就“活着一分钟，快乐六十秒！”

In the morning， he is a salesperson in an advertising company. In the afternoon， he goes to an underground dance hall to seek spiritual and physical comfort. In the evening， he is a down-to-earth alcoholic and sponges on his friends. That’s the life of a forty-year-old man named Dagang who was laid off. His mother can’t adapt to the fast-changing society and becomes mentally disordered. Dagang gets divorced to pursue a real love but has to end the relationship because of economic hardship. At last， his wife and child abandon him. He still retains hopes for love and family after he has gone through. He is holding on a faith. Every morning when the cold air blows into his muddled brain， he seems vigorous again.”In the desert， a man must transform into a camel. In the forest， he turns into a lion and in human society， he should become a ruler.” This remark by Nietzsche is Dagang’s philosophy， which he is striving to stick to. However， his life turns out to be a paradox. He and his friends are doing dirty and silly things every day， i.e.， they goof around a park which is the leisure facility mainly for the elders. He feels no pain any more for he almost possesses nothing. His only means to resist the drastic impacts from the society is his refusal to reflection. A life with unbearable burden makes people fall into three categories： indignation， desperation and carefree happiness. Dagang belongs to the last category. No extreme sorrows， no bright future. Therefore he might as well that For Every Minute That I Live， I’ll Enjoy the 60 Seconds.

张战庆，甘肃人，毕业于北京电影学院管理系。曾在中央电视台国际频道担任新闻深度报道栏目记者编辑5年。2001年成立战神纪录片工作室，现为独立制片人。

Zhang ZhanQing was born in Gansu and graduated in 1996 from Beijing Film Academy.

He once worked as the journalist and editor for the News In-depth Report programme of the International Channel of CCTV for five years. He established Ares Documentary Studio in 2001 and is now an independent producer.
